This month, I’m featuring summer recipes. I’m going to share one of my favourite portable treats: Lemon Poppy Seeds Cake, witch is the perfect ending to an outdoor meal.
Spring time can be unpredictable ( too hot or too cold), so it’s really nice when the sun comes out and every is in parks doing pic-nics.
This cake makes for a refreshing, lemony end to a lunch on a hot day.
The poppy seeds provide a bit of crunch, but fell free to leave them out if you don’t like or if you don’t have any.
This cake is on of those glorious desserts that’s appropriate any time 🙂
