I love Portuguese Custard Tart… You know the kind… eggy and crispy.
I made this Custard Tarts… the Rolls–Royce of custard tarts, in my opinion 🙂
This classic tart has two components, a fluted edged sweet pastry crust and a luscious pastry cream.
