Pastéis de Nata

It’s Sunday afternoon and I have not a lot to do. I decided to make a real treat. 

I love Portuguese Custard Tart… You know the kind… eggy and crispy. 

I made this Custard Tarts… the RollsRoyce of custard tarts, in my opinion 🙂 

This classic tart has two components, a fluted edged sweet pastry crust and a luscious pastry cream.

Crisp on the outside, smooth on the inside… 
PERFECT!!!!
